We do background checks on all of our techs. Nobody works for us until a background check is done.

We use a background service plus we do work for both cook & Lake County Sheriff cleaning dryer vent ducts they require that they do a background check on all techs. It is done every 6 months.

Royal's 100% Warranty Guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our cleaning service. We will come back for free. Call 877-656-6444 to set up a warranty cleaning appt. For Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm. The same tech must be sent to do his warranty work.

We will re-clean any area you in your system that you can show us is not clean, That was covered and cleaned under the package you ordered. You agree and understand that we have at least 5 packages we offer and a light cleaning does not have the same warranty as the deep power brush cleaning does and You agree and understand that your air ducts will come cleaner with a deeper cleaning rather than a light cleaning.

If you bought a product from us and it is shipped damaged or it is defective.

Then you must Return it to us postage prepaid so we can send it back to the manufacturer for replacement.

The manufacturer's warranty will cover the product.

Dispute of charges

The customer by signing the work order contract he/she hereby agrees to pay the full amount due and if the customer disagrees with any chargers and disputes any amount. The remainder and the primary order fees, as well as the labor cost, is still due. The customer agrees that disputing I fee or item does not void or negate the dollar balance due. If the customer wins a dispute they still agree to pay the cost of labor to process the order, credit card fees, $50 per hour cost for Fuel/wear and tear to run the vacuum, $100.00 for Dirt disposal, bag and the $49.50 per hour cost of labor and the $50.00 cost of the truck to drive to the job.

If There is Damage Done or we offer a credit. The full amount is still due. Then the customer agrees that they will not withhold the entire amount of the contract.

A credit refund will be negotiated with the customer and will be refunded by check If the customer does not want to pay the credit card processing fees for the initial charge and the charge of a credit back on the charge card.

If either full payment or partial payment is agreed to be refunded, A check will be the best option for a refund to be mailed to the customer. The customer will not incur any credit expenses for additional processing when a check is mailed to them.

If the customer wants a refund on the credit card he/she agrees to pay the incurred fee for both the original charge and the fee incurred in giving a refund back on the credit card.

Air Duct Cleaning

The customer should understand That Not All Air Ducts Will Come Clean Due To Excessive Dirt and or Incorrectly Installed ducts.

Royal Does Not Move Computers, Fish Tanks, China Cabinets or Heavy Furniture. Basement windows should be checked yearly to make sure they can be opened in case of a fire for an exit. A window that breaks when it is opened has not been properly maintained. Royal is not liable for windows that break. Royal may have to cut Holes in trunk lines for the cleaning. Royal will patch the holes with Industry standard tin patches. The cost of cutting and patching the ducts is not included in the silver or gold packages. An open door or window is needed to run our hose into the house to hook-up to the duct system. Wall vents should not be caulked or painted to the walls and should be easily Removed by taking out the screws. If the customer wants vents removed that are caulked or painted on. we will cut them off at no additional cost for the additional Labor that will be incurred, but the damage cost to repair the wall is the customer’s responsibility. Floor vents should not be caulked or Painted to the floors. If the customer wants these vents removed we will cut them off at no additional cost for the additional labor that will be incurred, but the damage cost to repair the floor or vents is the customer’s responsibility.

Air Ducts Must Be Accessible & Visible to the Technician. Warranty for duct cleaning only applies to tin ducts and trunk lines cleaned in our platinum package. Cleaning ducts with a blower is a touch-up Cleaning and may require power brushing to get them cleaner and may require more labor. This Invoice Is For a Standard Cleaning Of A Standard Duct System. Royal cleans round air ducts & square trunk lines. Without additional access, Royal cannot clean and warranty the cleaning of wall or floor chases that are not made of tin. Ducts or chases that have wire or pipes in them prevent Royal from cleaning those chases properly. The cleaning of wall or floor chases is an extra labor charge.

The use of flex duct is not a standard system. Normally tin ducts are installed in a standard system. The use of wall or floor chases for air flow is not a standard system. Royal will clean in-ground PVC/tin pipes with brushes while under a vacuum. However, if the duct has a hole rusted through, flooded or the PVC is cracked Royal Will not be able to get a vacuum sufficient enough to get the ducts clean without pulling out the gravel from under the floor. Royal will have to do a light cleaning of the ducts to prevent the floor from caving in. Royal’s silver, gold, blue and platinum Packages are charged per Furnace, air handler or condenser. We do not charge by time, but all packages are priced to be completed in less than 4 labor hours. Jobs over 4 labor hours are subject to an additional Labor fee. Jobs are priced for systems under 4200 Btu.

Jobs over 4200 Btu Require additional labor. Jobs over 2300 square feet may require additional Labor in order to get the ductwork clean. Royal Supplies Labor to clean and Does Not Charge to “Get Ducts Clean” Royal Will Clean vent covers up to the size of 6” X 12”. Larger Grills Are Extra — Royal Will Clean air ducts Up To a Height of 8 feet.

The Cost of Cleaning air ducts above 8 feet is extra depending on the rental cost of Ladders, Lifts, and other tools. If Additional Work is Needed, Royal Will Notify the Customer and Give a Written Estimate before any work that requires additional cost is done.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

I Understand That Not all dryer vent Ducts Will Come Clean Due To Excess Dirt or Incorrectly Installed ducts.

The customer understands and agrees that in time the sun will dry out the flappers on the outside wall vent cover and will need to be replaced regularly at an additional cost and is not included in a “Dryer vent Clean

This Invoice Is For A Standard Cleaning Of A Standard Dryer Vent System. A standard dryer vent cleaning is Non-Stack Dryer, up to 15' Flue out of the Side of the building wall and Must Be a minimum of 4" Round Steel Flue Pipe with No Screws. No more than 8 foot above the ground. Vents higher than 8 foot or roof vents are nonstandard and are priced based on ladder and labor cost.

Any other dryer vent configuration is not standard and the premium vent cleaning package will be needed. Royal Supplies Labor To Clean And Does Not Charge To “Get Ducts Clean." Dryer Vents 15'+ and Roof Vents Are an Extra. Upon The Discovery of Additional Work Needed, Royal Will Notify the Customer and Give a Written Estimate to Have the Work Done If Wanted At Additional Cost.

Attic Insulation

A Customer must buy the R49 level install to get the free air duct cleaning $199 package.

Carpet Cleaning

I Understand That Not All Carpet Will Come Clean Due To Excess Dirt, Incorrectly Installed carpet, padding or edging. Carpet wear, carpet stains and carpet spots cannot be cleaned. Cleaning the carpet room spots and under chairs, or pads will show sun fade and a Discolor from being spot cleaned from being not cleaned. Royal Does Not Move Computers, Fish Tanks, China Cabinets Or Heavy Furniture. Royal Supplies Labor to clean and Does Not Charge to “Get carpet Clean” This Invoice is For a Standard Cleaning Of standard Carpet. Upon The Discovery of Additional Work Needed, Royal Will Notify the Customer and Give a Written Estimate. And We will do the Work If the customer orders it at an Additional Cost.

Ordering online

The online sale price is based on being a prepaid order.

A credit card is the best payment method to use online.

If you are paying by cash or check, a $25.00 deposit is required 24 hours prior to the service.

A $25.00 cancellation fee applies to orders where the tech has not been dispatched.

Once the tech(s) have been dispatched an additional $25.00 trip cancellation fee is applied.


Warranty work is performed Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm by the same tech that did the original work. Warranty for duct cleaning only applies to tin ducts and trunk lines cleaned under our platinum package. Cleaning ducts under our silver package, gold package or with a blower, is a touch-up cleaning and may require power Brushing to get them cleaner and may require more labor.

After the Duct Cleaning, Check The Air Filters Weekly Till They Are Staying Clean. Then Go back to checking them monthly.

Legal Terms and Payment Terms

All work is C.O.D. unless prior arrangements have been made for a net 30 billing.

All Sales packages with sale prices are C.O.D.

Net billing is on packages that are full price. Not on sale.

The customer agrees to pay 10 percent interest on unpaid balances per 30 days after work is completed.

By signing this ticket the customer takes full financial responsibility for all legal cost Applying to the collection of an unpaid balance.
